"The great lesson is that the sacred is in the ordinary, that it is to be found in one’s daily life, in one’s neighbors, friends, and family, in one’s backyard."

~Abraham H. Maslow

Mission:

To provide exceptional consulting services to individuals and organizations seeking to implement ethical policies and practices that promote personal development, professional excellence and optimism.

Vision:

We will provide outstanding professional services to individuals, agencies and organizations that share the desire to make our community and our world a better place by promoting effective diversity and inclusion strategies that encourage individual development, increased self-awareness and ethical organizational practices.

Values:

Values should serve as a compass for our behavior in the world.  Integrity provides the ongoing alignment to make desired behavior become habit.  Each member of the J. Morales Group understands that human relationships are profoundly complex.  Our "People-First" philosophy is inspired by the work of Abraham H. Maslow and it places personal dignity, esteem and self-improvement at the center of our work with groups and organizations.  Every person carries with them the impact and emotion of every experience they have ever had.  We believe that people need and want to interact with others in ways that enrich their own lives.  And we all share hope for a future that is influenced by our daily actions. Making informed, intentional decisions about those actions and their consequences can be inspirational and life-changing. We can help.

The psychologist and author Abraham Harold Maslow is most known for his "hierarchy of human needs" that places basic human needs (food, shelter, safety) at the base of a hierarchy pyramid with "self-actualization" at the top.  The creator of the human needs pyramid was also an optimist who saw the potential for "peak performance" in every person.  He believed that "When people appear to be something other than good and decent, it is only because they are reacting to stress, pain, or the deprivation of basic human needs such as security, love, and self-esteem."

Finding meaning and value in our relationships at home and at work is an important component of everyone's physical and mental health. The J. Morales Group is committed to helping individuals reach their fullest potential in order to be contributing, valued members of their family, workplace and community.  Inspiring optimism and a sense of fun makes the journey less like work and more like discovery.
